Thank you for shopping with All God’s Promises! Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right. We partner with Printful (our print-on-demand fulfillment service) to produce and ship all our products, which means each item is custom-made for you. Because of this, our return policy is a little different from a typical retail store – but rest assured, we’ll always do our best to take care of you in a warm, customer-first way.

Can I return an item if I changed my mind or chose the wrong size?

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. However, since our products are made to order by our fulfillment partner, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind or order the wrong size/color . In other words, we do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse (deciding you no longer want the product). Each item is created especially for you, so we don’t keep inventory to swap sizes or resell returned items. Please double-check size guides and product details before finalizing your order to make sure it’s just what you want – we want you to love your purchase!

What if my item arrives damaged or misprinted?

If your order arrives with a misprint, damage, or defect, don’t worry – we’ve got you covered! In these cases, we will gladly offer you a free replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference. Please report the problem within 30 days of receiving your product so we can assist you promptly. The quickest way is to email us (at the address below) with your order number and a photo of the damaged or misprinted item. (Photographic proof helps us understand what went wrong and is often required by our printer) Once we receive your report, we’ll confirm the issue and send out a brand new replacement at no cost to you – all shipping charges on replacements for defects are on us. Your happiness with our products is important, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right!

What if my order never arrives (lost in transit)?

If your package seems to be lost in transit and doesn’t arrive, we’re here to help. All claims for missing orders must be made within 30 days of the expected delivery date, so please contact us as soon as you realize your order hasn’t shown up. We will investigate the issue with our shipping partners. If the shipment is confirmed lost (e.g. tracking hasn’t updated or the carrier admits the package is missing), we will send you a replacement order free of charge as quickly as possible.

Please double-check that the shipping address you provided was correct to avoid delivery issues. If the tracking information shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, unfortunately we cannot treat it as a lost order and cannot reship it for free in that case. (Carriers sometimes mark an item as delivered a day early or leave it in an unexpected location – we recommend checking with your neighbors or local post office if a delivery status is marked but you don’t have the package.) While this situation is rare, we want to be transparent that if a package is marked delivered by the carrier, neither Printful nor our store can be held responsible for reshipping a new item for free. We know that can be frustrating, but we’ll help you figure out what steps to take next if it happens.

What if I provided the wrong address or didn’t claim my package?

Mistakes happen – we totally understand. If you realize you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately (jazzie@allgodspromises.org) so we can try to update it before the item ships. If the order has already shipped to an invalid or wrong address, it will likely be returned to our fulfillment partner’s facility. In that case (or if a package goes unclaimed by the recipient and is returned to sender), you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item to the correct address. Printful will hold the returned package and notify us, and we’ll reach out to you for an updated address. Once we have the correct address, we can resend the package, but additional shipping charges will apply (we’ll let you know the cost at that time).

Please double-check your shipping details during checkout to prevent this issue. If a package was returned due to an address error or being unclaimed, but never gets returned to the Printful facility (for example, if it’s delivered to an incorrect address that can’t be recovered), then unfortunately we cannot replace or refund that order. We appreciate your understanding that we can’t cover losses due to incorrect addresses not attributable to us. We’ll always do our best to help, but we aren’t liable for such misdeliveries.
